{"id":27983,"date":"2023-10-05T16:15:48","date_gmt":"2023-10-05T16:15:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sylvainchamberland.com\/?p=27983"},"modified":"2023-10-05T16:15:51","modified_gmt":"2023-10-05T16:15:51","slug":"minivis-dancrage-et-protraction-molaire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sylvainchamberland.com\/en\/minivis-dancrage-et-protraction-molaire\/","title":{"rendered":"Minivis d&#8217;ancrage et protraction molaire"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Absence cong\u00e9nitale d&#8217;une 2e pr\u00e9molaire inf\u00e9rieure.<br>Au d\u00e9but du traitement, la 2e molaire primaire inf\u00e9rieure ne pr\u00e9sente pas d&#8217;infraclusion importante.<br>En cours de traitement, on observe une infraclusion progressive de la dent primaire, ce qui confirme une ankylose.<br>Nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l&#8217;extraction et \u00e0 la protraction de la 1re et de la 2e molaire inf\u00e9rieure.<br>Une minivis d&#8217;ancrage de 8 mm est ins\u00e9r\u00e9e entre entre la canine et la 1re pr\u00e9molaire.<br>Une potence cantilever ins\u00e9r\u00e9e distalement sur la 1re molaire permet d&#8217;appliqu\u00e9 une force sous le centre de r\u00e9sistance de la molaire.<br>L&#8217;\u00e9volution d\u00e9montre une protraction parall\u00e8le de la molaire et permet une solution d\u00e9finitive sans avoir besoin d&#8217;un implant en position 35. Notez que la 3e molaire incluse a migr\u00e9 m\u00e9sialement avec les 1re et 2e molaires<\/p>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"o-section c-gallery\">\n    <div class=\"o-container -xs\">\n\n        \n
